It has been 23 years since we bought a new home. Things have changed and we were dreading the process. However, the amount of communication from Todd and his team and the guidance we received was quite impressive. It was not overwhelming. There were quite a number of participants (and emails) to make this work. And, each person and email sent gave us the next step and when we could expect to hear from them again. 10 out of 10!
